Robert Morgan

Biography

Robert Morgan is a Senior Forensic Project Officer at the National Institute of Forensic Science Australia New Zealand and is the current project lead for the Research and Innovation Roadmap, Forensic Fundamentals, Rapid DNA and Parabon® SnapshotTM projects. Robert gained his operational experience working for over 8 years at the Queensland Health Forensic DNA Analysis Laboratory, where he provided expert evidence for a number of cases and was a key contributor to the development of the laboratories interpretation guidelines and information management system. His project work at Queensland Health to reduce case turn-around times also resulted in Robert and his colleague receiving a Department of Health Excellence Award in 2015.
