Danielle Duell is a business leader, strategist and entrepreneur. Her economic philosophy is “for profit and for the greater good.”

Danielle co-founded Riverlife Adventure Centre before becoming CEO of Spicers Retreats. She is Deputy Chair of Queensland Music Festival, Adjunct Professor at the University of Queensland (where she teaches Leading People and Teams in the MBA program) and Founder and Chair of Australian Harvard Women – a business network for Australian women who studied at Harvard University.

Danielle’s primary business role is Founder|CEO of People With Purpose – a company whose purpose is to equip business to improve the world.  In this capacity, Danielle works with Executives and Boards to design and implement purpose-led strategy and innovation to create economic value in ways that simultaneously create social and environmental value.
