Kevin O’Sullivan has been working with judicial officers and court staff in several jurisdictions for about ten years. His interest is in addressing the occupational stressors and risks of vicarious trauma that characterise judicial / court work. He is a clinical psychologist with some thirty years’ experience and has worked clinically in corrections, immigration detention, and now in general practice. He is part of a national research team that has recently concluded a multi-centre, multidisciplinary study of the judicial workplace.
