The Hon. Justice Yaseen Shariff is a Judge of the Federal Court of Australia, having been appointed to that position in 2023.

Prior to his appointment, his Honour was a Senior Counsel at the NSW Bar practising in a broad range of areas with a particular focus on employment and industrial law, corporate law, equity, regulatory prosecutions, as well as white collar criminal prosecutions and counter-terrorism matters.
