Dr Jon Fogarty has been a general practitioner for forty years. He has been an assessor for the NSW Medical Council for the past 12 years. He has undertaken and chaired multiple Performance Assessments, Performance Reviews, S150 ( urgent) hearings, and has assisted at multiple medical tribunals for NCAT ( NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal ).

Prior to retirement from clinical practice, he was a conjoint lecturer in General Practice at the University of Newcastle, and was involved in teach medical students and GP registrars.
