Captain Felicity Rogers RAN

Services Member, Veterans Review Board; General Member, Administrative Review Tribunal

Ms Rogers joined the Royal Australian Navy as a full time lawyer in 1994.  She deployed to Dili, East Timor as maritime legal adviser to INTERFET in 1999.

She was admitted to the NSW Bar in 2001 where she continues to practise.

She was appointed as a Services Member of the Veterans’ Review Board in 2022 and as a Member of the Administrative Review Tribunal in 2024.

She regularly conducts and reviews administrative inquiries, particularly for the Department of Defence and other government entities.

Ms Rogers holds degrees in both Law and Politics and a Masters degree in International Law. She is also a qualified counsellor.
