Dr Anthea Vogl is an Associate Professor of Law at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), where she lectures in administrative law, refugee law and co-directs UTS’s clinical refugee law program. Anthea is an Associate of Border Criminologies at Oxford University and author of the book, Judging Refugees: Narrative and Oral Testimony in Refugee Status Determination (Cambridge University Press, 2024). She currently co-leads two national grants on community refugee sponsorship; and on the legal needs and assessment of the health requirement for non-citizens living with blood borne viruses.
