Josh Brock

Public Defender

Josh Brock worked at North Australian Aboriginal Justice Agency (NAAJA) from 2009–2015. From there he returned to Sydney where he worked at the Aboriginal Legal Service and as a solicitor advocate in the coronial inquest unit at Legal Aid, being called to the bar in 2016. In 2019 he was appointed a Public Defender.

Josh has appeared in a number of significant cases both in NSW and the NT. Josh has also run several marathons and has been a Bugmy Bar Book Project committee member since 2020.
