John Hopkins is an Associate Professor of Management from Swinburne University, and the Founder of WorkFLEX, a Melbourne-based company offering online courses, coaching, training and research services, to help workers and organisations successfully transition to hybrid and remote ways of working.

John has been one of Australia’s leading researchers on the topic of flexible and remote work trends for almost a decade, and during that time has worked on a range of workflex projects for both public sector and private sector clients, including: Deloitte, the Australian Fair Work Commission, NSW Public Service Commission, Transport for NSW, the Australian National Health Commission, and the Australian Productivity Commission.
