Mary Lovelock is the senior solicitor at Legal Aid NSW’s Elder Abuse Service. She has been a senior lawyer at Legal Aid NSW for 15 years working on a range of innovative civil law projects that aim to provide early intervention to vulnerable and disadvantaged clients and communities. Having a prior career as a registered nurse, Mary has always been interested in the intersection between health and the law. She has been involved in the development of health justice partnerships at Legal Aid NSW, where lawyers work with health partners to deliver holistic services to clients. She is passionate about raising awareness of elder abuse and the need to work collaboratively to better support older people.
