The Hon. Justice Mitchelmore was sworn in as a Judge of the Supreme Court of NSW and a Judge of Appeal of the NSW Court of Appeal on 28 March 2022. Her Honour previously practised at the NSW Bar, commencing at Sixth Floor Selborne Chambers in 2006 and taking silk in 2018.  Her Honour’s practice at the Bar included administrative law, constitutional law, environment and planning law, and criminal law.  Her Honour appeared regularly in applications for judicial review of and/or appeals from Tribunal decisions.  Her Honour is also a Commissioner of the NSW Law Reform Commission.
